Create AI Summary Script HTML

1. Select call flow item 
2. Select “Show Summary Settings” under Script HMTL text box.

3. Paste the URL you want to summarize under Summary URL
4. Enter custom prompt to summarize the information you want from the URL under Summary URL Customer Prompt
5. Select Test under Summary URL and the summarized URL will show

6. Select Save to use this as the script for a call flow item. 

7. It will now show under your Script HTML

8. Enter the number of days that you want the script refreshed under Summary URL Refresh days. This will ensure if updates are made to the webpage that the information will be refreshed for the script also.

9. Make sure to save the call flow item when completed.
