Disabling Mobile Queue Ringing

How to Disable Mobile Queue Ringing

1. Go to Settings > General Settings > General.

2. Check the box for Disable Mobile Queue Ringing.

   

Mobile phones will no longer ring when a new task enters a queue.
Users will receive a "New Case" notification instead.
